Litchfield Recreational Basketball League is dedicated to finding the best coaching candidates for each division and teams. We are looking for coaches who have a love of learning and developing our youth.
Coach responsibilities include: Primary contact for team, players, and families. Will follow all LRBL and Summer Fundamental Hoops rules of play and conduct at all times. Is responsible for management of practices and games, conduct of players and coaches, and maintaining a safe environment for coaching staff and players. All coaches are required to complete Background Check. Coach Coordinator available to assist with practice plans and resources. *Summer practice schedule is dependent on Coach availability.
